Start small. If your school doesn't have a garden now, for less than $300 you can create a 400 square foot space. Ask a few PTA members to help you. 6 people can each pitch in $50 and you're all set. You'll get an email from Ben Strube. If you'd like to invite your PTA members to help you pay for the plants, we can get you a payment link to share with them.

Because your garden will be installed at a public school, we can waive sales taxes. If your PTA has applied for tax-exempt status with the Comptroller, before you (or your PTA members) provide payment to us for your plants please have your treasurer send us (on page 2) a completed and signed Form 01-339 / "Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification."
