Our Service Plans
We offer service plans for every budget and need. Every plan includes our proprietary organic liquid compost treatments and dry organic fertilizer to the lawn, landscape, shrubs and trees that are less than 15'. From there, you can add additional services for weed control, plant eating disease and insect control or supplementation to struggling plants and turf. We also have additional services available including core aeration to reduce soil compaction, beneficial nematodes to treat insect pests organically, and deep root feedings for shrubs and trees. We have solutions for fire ants and drought stress to help lower your water bill in the hot summer months.
Which Plan do you need?
All-In
Our ALL-IN service plan includes everything your lawn and landscape needs, with no surprise fees. Included is 6 annual Liquid Compost treatments, fertilization, weed control, treatment of active plant eating insect and fungal diseases as well as additional supplementation to weak or struggling areas. We will come out for as many service calls and follow ups needed to get the lawn looking right at no additional charge to you!
This plan is right for the homeowner that prefers peace of mind knowing they're taken care of any unexpected issues arise. If you have weak or bare areas that you're looking to get filled in or have a past history of disease and pest issues(common in St. Augustine Lawns) then this is also the plan for you.
Boost & Defend
Boost & Defend offers good value for your money, but not unlimited free service call visits. The differences between this plan and the All-In plan is 2 less liquid compost applications and a 2 visit cap on complementary service calls. If more service calls are needed, they will be $75+ depending on the size of your property.
The Boost & Defend plan is right for homeowners who value dependable service and peace of mind, with coverage designed to fit their needs.
Soil Starter Kit
Does your yard hardly ever have problems due to take all root rot, chinch bugs, mites, or grubs? Or, are you someone who is already active in the yard and just want to take what you're doing to the next level? If so, then our Soil Starter Kit is right for you! This plan is the the bread and butter of what we do here- treating the soil!
With this plan you're benefitting from our core fertility program that we have perfected over the last 30 years with 6 annual liquid compost treatments and 1 spring fertilization. You can add in weed control if you'd like us to treat weeds with pre and post-emergent herbicide. The annual cost is lower for this plan but don't worry, we will still be able to help if issues arise! It will just be charged on an as needed basis. Service call fees start at $75 and can go up depending on the issue being treated. With this plan, our technicians focus 100% on the soil's fertility (and weeds if applicable), making sure your lawn receives proper fertilization without addressing any insect/disease problems or adding supplements to weaker areas. If you're wanting to be 100% organic, this plan is right for you.
If your lawn deals with shade, pests, or fungal issues, it may need a bit more attention, since stress can make it easier for problems to develop. Our All-In plan allows you to call us anytime to come inspect and treat any issue.
Liquid Compost
We feed and fertilize the soil throughout the growing season with our Liquid Compost and granular fertilizer. Your landscape’s needs shift with the seasons, and our program moves right along with them. With treatments spaced throughout the year, we apply our house made proprietary Liquid Compost and organic fertilizer to your lawn, shrubs, flowerbeds, and trees up to 15 feet tall — giving your yard just what it needs, exactly when it needs it.
Weed Control
We use pre-emergent to help prevent weeds from taking over. For weeds that do pop up(and they can) we use spot-treatment herbicide to only the weed, leaving the rest of the lawn herbicide-free. If only 20% of your lawn has weeds, then that's where we apply post-emergent herbicide, saving 80% of your lawn (and soil health) from unnecessary herbicide. We do not treat weeds in the flower beds.
Disease and Insect Control
With our All-In and Boost & Defend plans, we keep a close eye on your lawn for early signs of disease like brown patch, take-all root rot, grey leaf spot and powdery mildew. We also watch for chinch bugs, grubs, mites, and other insect damage. If we spot trouble, we treat it early before it becomes a bigger problem. Issues can arise in between normal visits so if you see something, call us so we can get out there to mitigate the issue quickly!
