Weed Control

We offer organic and chemical weed control and the effectiveness between the two options is significant. If you would like to split the options up i.e. chemical in the front and organic in the back, we can do that. Please just notate that on the comment section of the form!

Organic Weed Control

Used exclusively between the months of November-February or on hard surfaces throughout the year. This is because of the non-selective burning properties of the product. If we sprayed it when the grass was green it would end up burning up the desirable turf.
Post emergent only. Can only treat existing weeds, not stop them from popping up like you can with a chemical pre-emergent.
Only burns the top layer, does not target the root of the weed.

Chemical Weed Control

Used March-November
Selective product that targets only the weed, leaving the grass surrounding protected.
Pre and Post emergent product. We can treat existing weeds and stop future weeds from germinating to an extent. There will always be some breakthrough throughout different times of the year.
Precautions to take considering it is a chemical:

If touched when wet, it can cause skin irritation. You will need to let the product dry before walking in the yard- anywhere from 1-4 hours.
It can cause harm to humans or pets if ingested. Depending on the product, the residual chemical can be there for weeks-months.
