This might look like some kind of fungal disease in the Bermuda lawn. But on closer inspection, we discover that this is actually damage caused from Roundup weed killer.
Homeowners and uneducated lawn care companies often spray Roundup in their lawn in winter and early spring, thinking their grass is totally dormant. Or, they are totally unaware of the fact that Roundup will also damage the grass. Be aware that Roundup is a non-selective herbicide and it will damage or kill anything in its path, including your turf grass.
