Flea Beetle Damage
Where did those tiny holes come from?!
Flea beetles can be a real pest, especially in the vegetable garden. Peppers, tomatoes and eggplant are often attacked by flea beetles, especially when plants are young and tender.
These small black beetles chew multiple small holes in the leaves of the plant. They can do extensive damage and even kill young transplants. Keep weeds and other plant debris cleaned out of your vegetable garden beds, as they can host and hide flea beetles.
